Returns & Exchanges

At Tevel, we want you to be in love with your new items and purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know, we are here to help! Please review our policy below for all the details.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and should be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags and security labels intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or missing tags. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products, customized or personalized items, and lingerie, are non-returnable.

How to initiate a return

Please email us at info@tevel.us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we authorize your return, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. If possible, Kindly ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging before shipping it back to us. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Other Issues

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@tevel.us within ten days of delivery. Include a detailed description of the issue and photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, covering shipping costs where applicable.

 

Please note that Tevel is not responsible for lost returns. Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for deliveries made to shipping companies or freight forwarders; such arrangements are made at your own risk.
